About Romeo Panetteria
Romeo Panetteria is an artisan bakery in Ōrewa, co-founded with my partner, baker Diogo Riedi. While Diogo leads the craft of sourdough breads and pastries made with 100% organic flour, my role is in shaping the brand’s vision through design, creative direction, digital presence, and operations. With roots in the fashion industry, including roles at Paris Georgia and Elle & Riley, I bring my experience in branding, styling, and event production into the food space, creating a bakery that is not only about real bread, but also about community, storytelling, and thoughtful design.
